A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. You will need to pay for the sample cost and delivery cost, the sample cost could be refunded after official order.

Q3. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A: For sample or small quantity order, we usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT or your appointed shipping agent. It normally takes 5-10 days to arrive. For container order, always ship by sea, time of transit depends your destination.

A: Built-in electric fireplaces can be installed within the walls of a home and are designed to be ventless, making built-in insert for use in walls. Certain wall mount electric fireplaces can also be fully recessed into a wall. Not all electric fireplaces can be installed within a wall.

A: Customized design is always welcome. Just send us your idea or provide us the drawing for further communication.

Q6.How to proceed an order?

A: We will send you the quotation for your selected models or according to your requirement. Once you confirm the quotation and issue the order, we will send you the PI for confirmation. The production will be arranged right after the deposit payment as per the payment term in PI.

Q7. How to deal with defective?

A: First, All of our products are produced strictly under quality control and hold the defective rate of less than 0.3%.

Second, we will provide 1% key component spare parts for each order.

At the same time, for batch quantity defectives. We can repair for them or we can discuss the best solution to you. Whatever, we willbear for all of the repair cost.
