V+ Series Electric Fireplace is 1000mm insert/freestanding type with heating function. The realistic flame effect combined with simulated log and crystal
creates the comfortable atmosphere like a traditional fireplace. It
also has safety protection for avoiding overheating. Safe to use
and Pollution- free: Since it is not the real flame, our product
will not produce and harmful gas, dust or ashes, which is
environmentally friendly. 750-1500W modes can be adjusted
accordingly for both warm and energy-saving purpose. Decorative
lights and logs can make you see the same as the real wood fire,
which can be controlled by panel.

1). Make a hole in the wall where the fireplace need installed, and
plug in the socket(The socket should be set to the right).
2). After the fireplace had connected to power,push the fireplace
into the hole,then install is done.

Q1. Can I have a sample order?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. You will
need to pay for the sample cost and delivery cost, the sample cost
could be refunded after official order.
Q2. Do you have any MOQ requirement?
A: It depends on the model you selected. Some models could accept very
small MOQ, some models might not.
Q3. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: For sample or small quantity order, we usually ship by DHL, UPS,
FedEx, TNT or your appointed shipping agent. It normally takes 5-10
days to arrive. For container order, always ship by sea, time of
transit depends your destination.
Q4. Do you have any certification?
A: Our product is CE certified and equipped with a safety device for
overheating protection.
Q5. Do you accept customized design?
A: Customized design is always welcome. Just send us your idea or
provide us the drawing for further communication.
Q6. How to proceed an order?
A: We will send you the quotation for your selected models or
according to your requirement. Once you confirm the quotation and
issue the order, we will send you the PI for confirmation. The
production will be arranged right after the deposit payment as per
the payment term in PI.
Q7. How to deal with defective?
A: First, All of our products are produced strictly under quality
controland hold the defective rate less than 0.3%.
Second, we will provide 1% key component spare parts for eachorder.
At the same time, for batch quantity defectives. We can repair
forthem or we can discuss the best solution to you. Whatever, we
willbear for all of the repair cost.
