1). Make a hole in the wall where the fireplace need installed, and
plug in the socket(The socket should be set to the right).
2). After the fireplace had connected to power,push the fireplace
into the hole,then install is done.

Q1. What's meaning of "with Three edge"?
A: That's means the outer frame is different with no edge model,the
three edge will more better for installation.
Q2. Do you have any MOQ requirement?
A: It depends on the model you selected. Some models could accept very
small MOQ, some models might not.
Q3. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: For sample or small quantity order, we usually ship by DHL, UPS,
FedEx, TNT or your appointed shipping agent. It normally takes 5-10
days to arrive. For container order, always ship by sea, time of
transit depends your destination.

A: Customized design is always welcome. Just send us your idea or
provide us the drawing for further communication.

A: We will send you the quotation for your selected models or
according to your requirement. Once you confirm the quotation and
issue the order, we will send you the PI for confirmation. The
production will be arranged right after the deposit payment as per
the payment term in PI.

A: First, All of our products are produced strictly under quality
controland hold the defective rate less than 0.3%.
